- Handle delinquent accounts and follow through with eviction process if necessary

LEASING:
- Determine rental amounts through market analysis
- Promote the property thru strategic advertising and marketing efforts
- Show the property to prospective tenants
- Process Applications, run credit and criminal background checks
- Prepare all Lease Documents
- Provide Move In/Move Out inventory condition forms
CORPORATE HOUSING PROGRAM:
