Condo Realty Service is a full service residential property management company specializing in investor owned condominiums in the Houston area. We offer professional, competent and proactive management services that allow investors to turn over time consuming monthly responsibilities for a low monthly fee. Below are the services included in our management program:
Management:
- Accept deposits and all monthly rents
- Process requests for repairs and maintenance issues
- Coordinate any improvements to the property if desired
- Establish relationships with tenants as well as investors
- Attend Home Owners Association Meetings
- Establish preferred vendor relationships to control level of services and costs
- Handle delinquent accounts and follow through with eviction process if necessary
- Coordination of maid service
- 24/7 customer service
Corporate Housing:
- Condominium can be fully furnished to include furniture, housewares and utilities.
- Furnished units will be marketed to local businesses, third party relocation companies, temporary housing agencies, realtors/brokers, and banners/signage.
Leasing:
- Determine rental amounts through market analysis
- Promote and market the property for Lease
- Show the property to prospective tenants
- Process Applications, run credit and criminal background checks
- Prepare all Lease Documents
- Provide Move In/Move Out inventory condition forms
